AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY: Full-time assistance (m/f/d) in our REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT / ADMINISTRATION department

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independent management of the back office in the area of real estate management / real estate administration
  • Support of the real estate manager in all administrative and organizational tasks
  • Processing of correspondence with tenants, authorities, various subcontractors / service providers, etc.
  • Creation of reports and presentations
  • Processing of incoming mail and coordination of further measures
  • Document management and archiving
  • Representation of the real estate manager in case of absence
  • Preparation of invoices and long-term rental invoices
  • Checking incoming payments and sending out payment reminders in consultation with the real estate manager
  • Support in the billing of utility cost

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the real estate sector (m/f/d) and / or corresponding additional qualification in construction, real estate industry, facility management
  • You have a healthy self-confidence with an independent, forward-looking, structured and service-oriented way of working.
  • You are absolutely reliable, trustworthy and committed
  • Mastery of common MS Office products
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
  • You are a friendly and committed person and enjoy working in a team
