The FOUR PARX GG08 was developed in 2010/2011 as a new business park and industrial area as a nextpark concept. The logistics property is characterized mainly by its sustainable and cost-saving construction. The park is located in the middle of the logistics triangle Frankfurt-Darmstadt-Wiesbaden/Mainz in a newly planned industrial park.

The location and the business park benefit from the central position of this triangle in international freight traffic, but also in supplying the entire metropolitan region with its more than 5 million inhabitants. The buildings were certified with gold according to DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council). The DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) is an independent non-profit organisation. It is committed to sustainable construction and a new, forward-looking understanding of construction and the associated requirements for quality and the careful use of resources. Together with the investor Taurus Investment Holding GmbH, we have successfully developed more than 50,000 sqm of usable space. The particular challenge lay in the interior fittings for our new tenant “METRO”, for whom we converted the halls into a fish freshness centre. Facilities and quality
The 56,000 sqm industrial park was conceptualized with two separate construction segments of 24,000 sqm floor space each, as well as with an optionally expandable space of 8,000 sqm.
