Our building type FOUR PARX CONNECT is exceptionally flexible, offering an ideal solution for clients in need of medium-sized floor spaces.

The concept’s foundation is the building with 9,000 sqm floor space, which can be further divided into six rental units of 1,500 sqm each. Combining the floor spaces yields the following rental spaces: 3,000 / 4,500 / 6,000 / 7,500 and 9,000 sqm. Each pair of rental spaces can be accessed via one out of a total of three staircases. The additional ca. 2,300-sqm-large and 12-m-high mezzanine space on the TF is flexible and can be expanded into an office and/or social area. With a height of 10.5 m and a minimum of one gate with electro-hydraulic dock leveler per each 1,000 sqm, this building type is suitable for nearly all user requirement scenarios. The state-of-the-art construction conforms to the DGNB gold standard and has taken sustainable e-mobility into consideration during all stages of planning.
