FOUR PARX Dietzenbach is centrally located in the Rhine-Main logistics region with the centre of Frankfurt on a 49,500 square metre site. Completion took place at the end of 2016. With this, we also realised a project in the Rhine-Main conurbation and logistics hub in order to meet the increasing demand for space on the one hand and the growing shortage of space on the other. The Rhine-Main region has around 5.7 million inhabitants and the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main conurbation around 2.2 million.

Important Rhine-Main logistics hub for Germany and Europe

Its hub function makes the region one of the leading logistics locations in Germany and Europe. It is excellently connected to rail, road and air traffic. With these characteristics, the region attracts companies with sustainable business models. This also benefits the Diezenbach location, which has excellent links to Frankfurt and other urban centres in the region such as Offenbach am Main, Groß-Gerau, Hanau and Aschaffenburg.

Facilities and quality

A total of ca. 25,400 sqm of warehouse floor space was built. The ceiling height is 10.5 m, storage height 9 m. The floor loading capacity in the warehouse is 5 t/sqm and 750 kg/sqm on the gallery level. Additionally, we also provided a 7–12 m deep gallery level for storage and/or service areas or office spaces, gradual artificial light in the warehouse, a modern sprinkler system (VDS) and, upon consultation, ESFR, too.

Unloading can be carried out flexibly with the help of the dock leveler and the ground-level gates. We paid strict attention to adhering to an ecological and operationally efficient construction method, as well as to sufficient car parking spaces in accordance with parking regulations. Construction work was carried out in accordance with the DGNB gold standard (German Sustainable Building Council).
