The property is being developed on brownfield land on the former production site of a beverage manufacturer in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg.

Equipment and Quality

The property in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg will have around 102,000 sqm of hall space across two floors, without pre-letting. In addition, there will be around 9,000 sqm of office space and 12,000 sqm of mezzanine space. The areas are now being developed with ground-level gates and electrohydraulic dock levelers. The hall height of both components is 10m UKB on both the lower and upper levels. The load-bearing capacity of the hall floor is 5 t on the lower level and 3 t on the upper level. The completion of the Hamburg flagship project is scheduled for August 2021. The construction work complies with the DGNB Gold Standard (German Sustainable Building Council).
