The property is found on the Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg industrial estate in a central location. In view of limited space and the rising cost of land, FOUR PARX is developing the first property of its kind to be built in the German-speaking region, where trucks of up to 45 t can serve the upper level via heated ramps.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, we offer 123,000 sqm of rental space for logistics, trade and production at this strategic location.

Location and Accessibility

The property is being developed on brownfield land on the former production site of a beverage manufacturer in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg.

The location has very good connections to the BAB 1 / 7 / 252 highways and is located in the immediate vicinity of the port of Hamburg as well as Hamburg city center. The “Reiherstieg-Hauptdeich” bus station for bus lines 151 and 152 is located directly in the area. Food markets, cafés, restaurants and pharmacies can be reached by foot.

Equipment and Quality

The property in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg will have around 102,000 sqm of hall space across two floors, without pre-letting. In addition, there will be around 9,000 sqm of office space and 12,000 sqm of mezzanine space. The areas are now being developed with ground-level gates and electrohydraulic dock levelers. The hall height of both components is 10m UKB on both the lower and upper levels. The load-bearing capacity of the hall floor is 5 t on the lower level and 3 t on the upper level. The completion of the Hamburg flagship project is scheduled for August 2021. The construction work complies with the DGNB Gold Standard (German Sustainable Building Council). The property is part of our  FOUR PARX 5-product strategy to enable sustainable growth through business and logistics, even in times of change in urban areas.
