FOCUS ON ECOLOGY AND BIODIVERSITY
Two-story business park with particularly sustainable and long-term user planning.
The FOUR PARX Group has designed the first two-story innovative multi-user business park in Germany. Particular emphasis is placed on ecological, media-efficient and emission-reducing uses as well as a modern working environment for employees. The objectives of the ESG (Environmental and Social Governance) guidelines form the benchmark for this development. Even during the construction phase, the focus is on ecological and sustainability standards. Building materials used in this project should be as completely climate-neutral and recyclable as possible (“cradle to cradle”).
The concept is aimed at a wide audience: Research & Development, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, innovative IT production, electronics, biotech, robotics, crafts, services and value-added logistics. Pure office uses as well as the leasing of small-scale spaces, for example by start-ups, are also considered.
FOUR PARX CAMPUS takes the sustainable focus into account. Large, intensively landscaped roof terraces and facades planted with trees are the hallmark. Depending on the amount of space available, the area will also be generously planted with trees and flowering meadows in order to achieve a high-quality natural appearance when viewed from the outside, to preserve existing biodiversity and to promote further biodiversity.
