Four Parx, a project developer specializing in innovative and sustainable commercial and logistics space, is driving forward the expansion of its property management. With the further development of its operational property management, including a personnel restructuring, the developer is pushing ahead with its diversification in parallel with project development. In addition to its commitment to digitalization with qprem and FOUR PARX Energy GmbH in the sustainable energy sector, which is currently in the planning stage, as well as e-mobility, Four Parx wants to increase the visibility of its services on the market.

To this end, the developer has appointed Eileen Teichmann as Head of Property Management on 01 March 2022. The qualified real estate manager most recently worked as Innovation Manager at Four Parx and will now take over as Head of Property Management. Her responsibilities include planning, controlling, reporting and risk management for the industrial and logistics properties of external users and investors as well as for the properties in the company’s own portfolio. The Property Management team will be expanded by a further member as early as July 01, 2022.

Eileen Teichmann has ten years of professional experience in property management in a wide range of asset classes. Most recently, she worked as a property manager for BEREM Property Management GmbH, a subsidiary of BEOS AG, and for Apleona Real Estate Management.

With the management of “Mach2”, the first double-story and digitalized commercial and logistics property in Germany developed by Four Parx, a new, outstanding management assignment is available. The lighthouse project with direct proximity to the Port of Hamburg has a total leasable area of 123,000 m2 on two equally usable logistics levels.

“In addition to innovative and sustainable project development, we intend to continuously expand property management in the future. With this, we ensure that real estate projects are looked after in the best possible way even after their completion and are always up to date. To this end, we have carried out a personnel restructuring, among other things. With her experience and know-how, Eileen Teichmann is ideally suited for the further development of this area,” explains Oliver Schmitt, Managing Partner at Four Parx.
