Erik Schossier (50) joined FOUR PARX Holding GmbH, Dreieich, in January 2017 as the new commercial manager. He leads the commercial department of the FOUR PARX Group together with the managing partner Francisco J. Bähr.

Erik Schossier has worked as a tax consultant and auditor in Luxembourg for the last ten years, including seven years with KPMG Luxembourg. In addition to auditing and business consulting, one of the main areas of expertise of the graduate business economist was the design and implementation of real estate companies for institutional investors, primarily from the financial sector, as well as for private investors. In addition, he provided tax advice on the acquisition of assets and investments as well as the development of tax-optimised investment structures in the area of closed and open-end funds.

At FOUR PARX, the aim is to use Schossier’s experience to optimise the Group’s business and tax activities and maintain a high level of product quality for both institutional and private clients.

In addition, Schossier will drive the development of new products and their placement on the real estate market.

The new Commercial Director is also responsible for the Group’s future proactive tax and legal development and for structuring new projects in close cooperation with the divisions and shareholders. In addition, it serves as the central point of contact for tax and financing issues relating to current and future projects and services of the entire Group.
